Return Policy
- Purchaser may return order within 30 days from the date it was shipped.
- The product must be in brand new, sellable condition with the original packaging, all hardware, instructions, warranties and registration information.
- Returns are processed immediately upon receiving them at our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days for return to be completed.
- For all Non-Defective and Non-Damaged items, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to send the item back. NB: Manufacturers reserve the right to periodically change the dimensions of their products. A product is not considered damaged or defective due to size discrepancies.
- Returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee less shipping and handling fees.
Defective & Damaged Products Policy
- In the event you receive a defective, non-functional or damaged item, Accurate Security will replace the item at no cost to the purchaser.
- Exchange for a new product or full refund.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled prior to item being shipped will receive a full refund.
- Cancelled orders that have left the warehouse are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds on cancelled orders will be paid back on the card that the order was placed on.
- Returns will not be accepted after the manufacturer’s return window has elapsed.
