Shipping Policy
As soon as you place your order and payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and receipt for your purchase. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping details, along with a tracking number, will be sent via email once shipping costs are confirmed and our warehouse receives confirmation from the supplier. If, for any reason, you do not receive a confirmation email or tracking number, please reach out to us at info@accuratesecurity.com.
If the item you ordered is out of stock, on backorder, or has been discontinued by the manufacturer, you will be contacted immediately. Cancellations due to items being out of stock, backorder, or discontinued will not be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Rates
- Free shipping within the Lower Mainland for items under 50 lbs. This applies to ground floor delivery only. For items over 50 lbs a service charge will be applied. Deliveries outside of the Lower Mainland will incur a freight charge.
Safes
- Free shipping within the Lower Mainland for safes under 50 lbs. This applies to ground floor delivery only. This service does not include unpacking, setting up, or installation. Deliveries outside of the Lower Mainland will incur a freight charge.
- Ground Floor Delivery – $150 for safes ranging 50 – 150 lbs. Shipping includes delivery to ground floor and unpacking. Transport of safe to ground floor location must not exceed more than 4 stairs. Service does not include setting up or installation of safe. For deliveries outside of the Lower Mainland, separate freight charges with a 3rd party freight company will be required.
- Heavy Delivery – For items over 150 lbs, a 3rd party freight company will be required. Prices will be quoted based on variables (total weight, stairs, site protection, access, type of location).
Indemnification
For any product sold by Accurate Security and a requested delivery by a third-party, we make no, and explicitly disclaim any guarantees or representations regarding the skills or representations of such Delivery and Installation Professionals. Third-party Delivery and Installation Professionals are not employees or agents of Accurate Security. You enter into a direct contract or agreement with the third-party Delivery and Installation Professionals, and you hereby agree to release and indemnify Accurate Security (and our officers, directors, affiliates, employees, agents and affiliated companies) from any and all damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages, and attorney’s fees) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your dealings with delivery and installation professionals, your use of the Accurate Security website, your violation of these terms and conditions or otherwise arising from your violation of any rights of a third party.

Our products are sold from British Columbia, GST/PST apply.
