Concealed floor door closer for moderate commercial traffic applications.
- For single or double acting, centre hung applications
- Suitable for wood, metal or aluminum doors over 13⁄4″ (44.5mm) thick
- Suitable for frame-less tempered glass doors up to 1⁄2″ (13 mm) thick (patch fittings sold separately)
- Compatible / interchangeable with Jackson-type door closers
- Regular and heavy duty models available
- Non-handed
- Compact cast steel body fits thin slab floors; 1 5⁄8″ (41.3 mm) deep
- Hydraulic, dual spring operation
- Non-gumming, non-freezing hydraulic fluid
- 90°, 105° or 130° maximum opening models available
- Adjustable sweep and latching speeds
- Vertical, horizontal and lateral adjustments possible after installation
- Cement housing and mounting hardware included
- Cover plate included, satin stainless steel finish
- 19⁄32″ (15 mm) spindle
- Heavy duty arm and top pivot included
- Various removable pivots available
